Pixel Moshpit OTP Authentication Program
By purchasing a Pixel Moshpit DTF Tool plugin subscription and voluntarily providing your mobile phone number during WooCommerce checkout, you consent to receive a single automated SMS message containing a one-time passcode (OTP) for the sole purpose of authenticating and unlocking the plugin in Adobe Photoshop.
Program Description
This is a one-time, transactional SMS program only. You will receive one OTP message per purchase or authentication request when you provide your phone number. No recurring messages, marketing messages, promotional messages, or newsletters will be sent.
Message Frequency
1 message per authentication request (typically 1 message per purchase or unlock attempt).

Opt-Out Instructions
Although this is a one-time OTP program, you may reply STOP to any message we send to prevent any future messages (note: future purchases would require re-entering your number). Reply HELP for support information.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
General Terms
These General Terms apply to your use of the website pixelmoshpit.com and the Pixel Moshpit DTF Tool Photoshop plugin (“Service”), operated by Pixel Moshpit, a sole proprietorship.
Subscription and Payment Terms
The Pixel Moshpit DTF Tool is offered on a subscription basis with two billing options:
- Monthly plan: $10 USD per month, billed automatically every 30 days
- Annual plan: $96 USD per year, billed once annually (equivalent to $8/month)
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (WooCommerce / chosen gateway). Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Refunds
All sales of Pixel Moshpit DTF Tool subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, non-use, technical issues, or incompatibility. Please evaluate the product description, documentation, and system requirements carefully before purchasing.
License Grant
Upon successful payment and activation, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Pixel Moshpit DTF Tool plugin solely for your personal or business use in Adobe Photoshop, subject to these terms. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the plugin.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The plugin, website, documentation, and all related content are owned by Pixel Moshpit and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.
No Warranty / Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Photoshop or operating systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Moshpit (including the sole proprietor) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your WooCommerce account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
